01. There is ample parking available (up to 400 cars can be parked in the land available at this time).

02. Additional land is available for purchase to add a soccer field and other similar facilities when the school is in operation.

03. Boulevard arrangement from Brown Deer Road will provide easy entrance and exit from the Center.

04. We have met with all the neighbors of the facility. Not only do they have no objection but they are supportive of this project.

05. This facility is not only needed by the local Muslim Community but also would be very much appreciated by the Non-Muslim Community. We have received strong letters of support and appreciation from local Alderman, Milwaukee Mayor, Governor of Wisconsin, U.S. Congressmen and senators.

06. Waqf arrangements have been included in the planning so that the rental income from the apartments owned by the foundation will provide continuous stream of income for the salary of the Imam and maintenance expenses of the project.

07. Separate prayer hall for women at Mezzanine Level.

08. Prayer hall annex for daily prayers, so that main prayer halls need to be heated and air-conditioned only on Friday prayers and major gatherings.

09. In-door gymnasium for year round attraction for youth to come to the center and invite their non-Muslim friends.A good way of exposing non-Muslims to Islamic atmosphere.

10. Funeral preparation and ghusl facilities.

11. On site residence for the Imam and school principal to provide their 24 hour presence and availability for counseling and consultation.

12. We have designed two media rooms that will accommodate journalists and television reporters and their equipment and provide access to the main prayer hall without being in front of anyone who is praying.
